Multiple Offenses: If you have two or more DUIs within five years, you are required to complete a Clinical Evaluation and, if recommended, a Substance Abuse Treatment Program.

License Suspension: Your driver’s license will remain suspended until all RRP program requirements are successfully completed.

Payment Policy: Full payment is required in advance to secure enrollment. All fees are non-refundable.

Program Duration: The course consists of 20 hours of instruction, completed over a three-day period.

Attendance Requirement: Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and could be required to reschedule.
